There are two components to total shipping time for orders. Once you place an order, we must process it and contact the shipping company to pick up the order from one of our warehouses. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours once order is received. Almost all of our items ship with ground service, the economical shipping option.

- Time to Ship
- We list the average time it takes products to ship from our warehouse on every product. Some products do ship quicker than others, due to order volume, inventory status, and the efficiency of the warehouse shipping the product. Our estimations of inventory status and "Times to Ship" are as fair and accurate as possible. Occasionally, a product may go out of stock. In these cases, you will be contacted with your options.
- Time in Transit
- All items, unless otherwise noted, ship with ground service - the most economical option. Some of our smaller products ship via UPS where our much larger appliances ship via a truckline. Every product on the site notes which method is used to ship it. From the date of shipment, ground service rarely takes more than 2-5 business days to reach its destination. Ground shipment can be faster than that if the point of shipment and point of delivery are geographically close together.
- Order Verification
- You may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information after purchase. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. The best way to ensure there is no delay on your delivery, please be sure to double check all information you enter during checkout.
- Damaged Shipments
- Occasionally products are damaged in shipment. We fully insure all of our shipments and if a delivery is damaged, we will gladly replace the product or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise. You should immediately inspect the delivery for shipping damage and CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY AT 1-888-535-8841 (Excluding holidays and weekends) to report any damage. If you do not contact us within the 48-hour time-frame, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Sometimes damage from shipment may not be visible, so it is very important that YOU CAREFULLY CHECK FOR EXTERNAL DAMAGE. If the damage is obvious, you should refuse the delivery and note the damage on the shipment Bill of Lading and call us at 1-888-535-8841 to arrange a return of the damaged unit and to have a replacement product shipped to you. Once we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery, we will have the shipping company return to the delivery location to pick up the damaged product. Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all manuals, parts and accessories and available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. Please note that the shipping companies operating on our behalf will only make one attempt at pick-up. Thereafter, any subsequent pick-ups may be at the expense of the customer. Once we have received the damaged unit back at our warehouse, we will immediately ship the replacement product.
